Is this part replaceable?

I was wondering if the part circle in yelllow in the picture is removeable and replaceable? Or can you only fix it?

TIA,

That's called the front crossmember upper tie bar, and it is not available separately from the entire $190 core support(FD01-53-150B) . Did you bang it up that bad pulling out an engine and tranny together?

Looks like a junkyard car that hit an SUV or other large truck. I'm curious myself, because my car had been in a front-ender before I got it and the front bumper doesn't quite line up correctly.
