part number Verification 1482-13-240A ?

i needed a new pressure turbo control solenoid. the one on the rack so i went to mazda and ordered one. i thought is was suppossed to be the third one back from the front of the engine. when i got it i tested it with a boost/vac gauge and it doesnt seem to test right. the part number is 1482-13-240A. did it get the right solenoid?

the Dave Disney solenoid check test. it seems to not release the pressure untill i remove both the pose and neg from the solenoid. by the way thank you for your help

i used the same acuator and it must leak because the pressure leaks out when its connected. but if i elimenate it and just use the maighty vac and boost gauge it doesnt leak and all is well.

You don't strictly need the actuator there. Just get 12-15psi loaded and check that it releases.
