Question Painting question

I'm going to get my new head light lid painted "original" VR, is there anything I should be asking or requesting at the body shop?

Just make sure they have your car there when they paint the headlight cover so they can match the paint. If it's the original VR paint, I would imagine it's quite faded by now.

Actually the paint on the car is in excellent conditon only the mirrors and rear spoiler are faded, which I wax regularly to bring out the shine to match the rest of the car. The car has always been garge kept. Appearently the plastic parts, mirrors and spoiler, are highly susceptible to oxidation.
