I pulled the hose from the filler neck to the radiator and found a white powdery substance on the outside of the filler neck where the hose was. I pulled the hose off the radiator and it appears to be in good shape (oxidation free). Is this indicative of a big problem or should i just clean it off and put the hose back on?
