Owners with 99 Turn Lamps
Are yours so dim that they are pretty much useless at night? I soldered mine with the old connectors and they just aren't doing it for me; you can harly tell they are lit. Is there anything anyone has done about this? Maybe the soldering isn't passing enough electricity or can I get brighter bulbs?
thanks

i know they aren't supposed to be terribly bright but mine look like the bulbs have a few weeks of life left in them and I don't like that yellowish look I'd like them to be bright.
anyone else por favor?
I have them in my car(for perking lights of course). Mine are pretty dim too, I didnt notice if they were like that when I got the car back from the body shop, but right now I have an electrical problem, and my 99 parking lights look like a flashlight when the batteries are dying. I fmine ever become bright I'll let you know once I get everything worked out, if not, then I guess they do just suck.

I was joking about using them for headlights
I think the lighting on them just sucks and they are a rip off. They do look like a dying flashlight.
anyone else got them?

I suppose you could hook them up (temporarily) to a regulated 12v power source to see if theres some sort of drain going on in your system. How does your horn sound? anything else weak?

what about the ground wires you can buy... i know the fd's have a weak elec sys. it's kinda like when you try to roll up both windows at the same time.. the one the pass side goes up very slow until the driver one is fully up. maybe the ground wires can help.
