Exclamation overheat exhaust?

I just finished installing my power fc and commnader. i know i need to get it tuned but have no idea how to or where. when i started the engine the idling is somwhere around 900 rpm ang the car was blowing black smoke. after warming up the engine took the car for a spin around the block. it not as smooth as it used to run but my real problem is when i came back i looked at my exhaust and it was orange. clearly it was overheating. anyone have any idea why. i was running rich before the power fc when i checked it while i was cruising around the block i was running lean. the engine temp and was fine 83(night time after raining). i have a 93 touring with intake, downpipe, cat back, no air pump, and a radiator leak hehehe. needs replacement ASAP anyone? well i would appreciate it anyone can tell me why my exhaust beacame that hot. thanks.

Well first off the radiator leak is your primary concern, worry about the PFC and performance AFTER you have gotten a replacement aluminum radiator.

As for tuning, you need to find a shop that supports the PowerFC and knows the FD well. MazSport in St.Petersburg can do the tuning, look at http://www.mazsport.net for information. I wouldnt suggest driving your vehicle until you can get it properly tuned because the lean condition will no doubt damage your motor.
