overflow

im new to this site and i would like to know something very important, its been doing it to me a couple of times, when i go for a ride, after about 30 min, my coolant red light goes on, it says add coolant, then its going into the hot, so i always have to pull over to let it cool down, you hear the prestone bubbling and you hear some air near the rad caps, i was wondering if it could be my radiator caps?? and also the prestone starts leaking everywhere, it stops leaking when it gets cooler... help asap please

1. Have you changed your coolant(Prestone) lately?
2. Where is the coolant leaking from?

There's alot of info about cooling issues here, perhaps you just need a new cap for the AST.
Does the car start up ok? Are you getting alot of white smoke from the exhaust, does your exhaust smell sweet like coolant? If not, then good.

Then perhaps the AST cap isn't holding enough pressure anymore and is venting coolant to the overflow too much too soon. If you do a search on the forum you'll find alot of info about various issues that might cause your overflow problem.
