Ive recently moved to Rancho Santa Margarita and am trying to get my stock (except precat) 94 to pass smog. Went two two local places. They tell me pre 97 cars need to do an evap test as well. Anyone know of a place in the area? great weather, **** government....

Welcome to California. Not sure what the evap test is???? There are a few people in the West section that may be of some help. I say a few because most of them are no help at all
