Optimum placement for Sparco 4-point harness
Just ordered a set of Sparco 4-pointers. Where is the best place to bolt the 2 (4) rear belts. I've seen photos of FD's that have the rear belts strapped to the rear strut bar. But I don't know how strong or secure the rear strut bar is AND if it can safely secure a belted adult, or two, in a frontal impact.
Is the floor directly behind the seats a good point to bolt the rear straps? Not too many options?? Your comments and advise are very much appreciated.

Get the rotary extreme harness bar, its better than the M2 one, very safe, and at the optimum angle to mount the harnesses at, plus its easy to install by replacing the standard bar

I'm pretty sure they do, its just a stock replacement really thats stronger and more functional.

rybrx7: Thanks for the 4-1-1. Looks like it's manufactured specifically for safety harness placement. ...And it does come with pre-drilled holes for trunk cover hook install. Thanks again!!
