For straight-away speeds, wings make little difference (aside from adding a little drag). Adding some downforce for high speed corners is where a wing will be more noticeable.

Mahjik ya beat me to it. Unless you were driving the car at 140 around a turn, you wouldn't have felt a difference anyway. Wings and front lips are there to create down force on a car so that when intering a turn, it won't lose traction. I've lost traction in a FWD car going uphill simply because there wasn't enough down force on the back.

this is very true creating drag at only 140...but still it makes the ride look sweet for a couple extra pounds

Wing or not, I'd get some 99spec tail lights on the rear. The stock 93-95 lights make the back of any FD look really dated IMO.

As for the wing, I think it looks good on a lowered vehicle for a more aggressive stance. Visual cues though seem to be more difficult to work with on lighter colored cars, but you won't go wrong with to stock spoiler.

For the vast majority of drivers, the only thing a wing adds is static downforce.

I like the wingless look on this car for some reason. Normally, I love spoilers. Would not get my last car unless had one. For the FD though, it's another story. I was going through a checklist of visual mods that I want to do, and it's very limited. I think the FD comes with great lines from the factory.

SEE !!!!!! I told you it would be a split with just as many for as against, and that it would boil down to your decission. There are plenty of people on here that will tell you how your car should look. ! ! ! ! !

I prefer wingless, but since you bought it from me you might as well throw it on your car.

Shawn btw please help me get this r1 strut brace situation corrected.
