After three months of getting the car together, some brief tuning, i jumped on a dyno. This is what I got at 16psi, T70, pump gas. For some reason the engine speed graph does not work. Very disappointing.

Some say change the plugs from factory to nines all around.

Some say pull the engine and refresh it.

The car starts and idles like a charm. Any comments?

I don't know where you are seeing 740 hp on that graph but his best run was 288 hp.

Try more like 248.

There is something really wrong with your car or dyno to be a single and barely making over stock HP at 16psi.

Do a compression test and check all the turbo pluming for leaks.

Thats some odd dyno curves it needs profesional tuning for sure and maybe a major boost leak and is that breaking up on top? Im no expert but i would guess the h/p range should be mid 400 h/p.

Yes..its only 248 hp at 16psi. The wastegate was acting up but I don't think that should be so low numbers.
