One of my Favorite Sites! JDM FDs for SALE!
Once a while I like to come on to this site http://www.kaizousha.com/ and check out what's new across "the pond" and see what our friends in Japan are selling. I specially like to check their RX-7 section
The original pics are huge if you right click on them and get the url.

kaizousha AKA king buyer is widely regarded as a yakuza front company - with some hinting that many of the cars are stolen, or are the product of stolen cars. At least that's what I hear - and there are some fairly dodgy stories circulating in other forums.
here are a few more car classified websites (some very large) that might also be of interest - they aren't too hard to navigate (though a little japanese ability goes a long way):
www.carciao.com
channel.goo.ne.jp/car/
autos.yahoo.co.jp/
www.isize.com/carsensor
www.carview.co.jp
www.tax.co.jp
www.zele-international.com
www.freed.gr.jp

How do the yakuza have such a heavy hand in gambling, unions, protection rackets, politics? how do they get away with it?
hehe, like any 'organization' - deep pockets and big arms.
The yaks have a bit of an odd 'big brother' role in japanese society though - it's a bit odd, and a bit unlike the average western criminal group
the cars are likely to be rebirthed, and those that aren't are exported. some may be 'repossessed' due to debt. I'm only guessing though - and going on the various rumours I've heard

Thanks for the links.
Here in Canada any vehicle that is 15 years or older is fair game to import so I am looking at possibilities.

around 11k or so.... and that is just the kit itself. You still have to install it and paint it and most likely get some new rims w/ different offsets and wider rear wheels

I don't think weaklink is a ignorant member of the forum . . . he has quite a bit done to his car. I like the rims though; i'd get them if i wanted to go for a old school look
