One Click, no Start. Not battery/starter
Hey all,
I just got done rebuilding my car and getting all the kinks out, but it looks like I have an electrical gremlin somewhere now.
It was running perfect before I took it apart, the most of what I did was deleting the airpump and changing the pulleys.
Now, when I go to start it, it clicks a single time, then I hear a bunch of silent clicks, not nearly as loud.
I do not hear the fuel pump priming, but I can't think of any reason that would be. I don't see any missing vacuum lines but clearly I'm missing something.
Is there something under the UIM but above the rats nest that if unplugged, could cause no fuel to be sent?
It's not the battery or starter, they were working perfectly before this. So any suggestions would be appreciated. Video is attached. Thanks in advance!
In this video, I am holding the key to start, no multi-clicks. One and done. Running a 93' RHD

simple check, just happened to me, my battery clamps have stretched over years of use. tapping on the clamp to press it further down onto the battery post works for a little while for me but I need to change my clamps soon. its probably not that simple but if I didn't say something id feel bad

Almost sounds like the starter solenoid is working but the contacts are not connecting well enough pass adequate (or any at all) current to spin the starter motor itself. Could be a grounding issue, power supply issue (to the starter) or the contacts in the starter solenoid were on the way out before and sitting for the rebuild was enough time for them to corrode and fail all together.
