Oil in the throttle body?

I just pulled off the arm leading to the throttle body and ther intake, and noticed the remnents of Oil in the throttle body, is this normal, or something I should be concerned about?

billyrohm is right. If you are also experiencing some blue smoke out of the exhaust, it might be from your PCV valve. The PCV valve might be stuck open and letting too much oil going through. It will cost you about $30 to replace or you can eliminate the PCV valve.
