oil spray in engine bay. immediate HELP needed!

On my way into work this morning i noticed a small oil smell after i got on it a bit. At work, i opened the hood to find some oil spray droplets on the upper intake (i have twinintakes). of course its all over the lower one. its only on that side of the bay. this is new. ive had a small oil leak around one of the pullies and one part of the pan, but i add oil every once and awhile to keep it up. 2 days ago it was about half way down on the dip stick. today after i notcied the new oil leak, it is below the low point, on down to just above the curve! its never been enar this point! so i know this new leak is pretty bad. problem is im stuck at work and i went and got more oil (not driving my car) and added it. Im worried it is on the pump point or the sending unit delivering it to the motor. if i see oil pressure in the gauge is it ok to drive? i need to get it home which is 17 miles away. if it is topped off with oil, does it sound like it would be ok to make it? i cant really tell where it is coming from. at lunch i will start it again to see if it is spewing. honestly, i think it is only spewing when i get on it, as i only saw some smoke (not much) and smelled it after i floored it. i think oil was still curculating because it didnt get too hot or lock. any input is welcomed!!!

damn that sucks. i think i might get in towed, better to spend 100 and save your motor that to blow your motor on the way home and still have to spend money on a tow. IMO

thats true. i think it may only be leaking at higher pressures as when i floored it. man, this i just my luck. audi has 2 blow outs in 2 days, and forces me to drive this car (which i dont in the winter or rain).

update: i put oil in it.. only 2 quarts topped it off, so i guess it wasnt bone dry yet... but still. i started it, and oil pressure is normal, and i do not see anything spewing out like it looked like it had... maybe the fan shot it somehow? but still i am driving it home and putting her up for the winter. im not ******* with driving in 30* weather anymore in a high modded fd.
