Oh oh....I Goofed Up

Hey folks,
I did a boo-boo today and accidentally pulled my dash apart from the driver side above the steering wheel while working on my radio install. Now I need some help to see if you all know if I can repair this without buying a whole new top dash. Anyhow I don't know the real name of the pieces but the two pieces I have attached in a picture explains where I pulled the cowling off the gauge panel. There are four but two visible in picture and all four are broke off. and the other piece is broken as well on the gauge panel....

Can this be fixed?

The cluster hood will run you about 150 used, they don't come up for sale often and get sold quickly. I would say if at least one of the tabs is intact, keep it. The front cover also has many screws holding it together, one or two missing may be okay.

Plastic welding may be your best option

Bummer. After a closer look I think I will try to get longer screws to dig in the broken tabs more. That might do it for the hood...I hope.

Plastic welding would be your best option. Take it to a local body shop and it will cost you a fraction of replacement costs and they can beef the tabs up so they dont brake again.
