Alright my freakin fog light relay is missing....I have known this for quite sometime now but odly enough the wires still get power when the switch is turned on...only thing is I only get 10.23v from the wire....my new KATZ that spliced into the wires need the full 12v....So i know I have to find the relay were ever the last jack asses put it and switch it out for a lower resistance one right?
