Was this engine opened for Seal Change few weeks ago ??

Or no way...??











I just wanto to confirm the shop did what is supposed to do, install new RA Super Seals and Super Springs...

Is there any way to confirm... I really like and trust the shop, but would like to confirm and make sure...

The Engine looks like it was resealed, with a after market sealant, the factories sealant has a silvery colour , the true test would be a compression test, dry and wet(oiled) then you can compare figures, the only other way to tell would be to ask for the old parts back

 

Looks like fresh sealant on the oil pan as well. I'd say yes..

 

The sealant looks new, but the rest of the engine seems really dirty.

I spent good money on RA Super seals & Spring and was really worried about installation.

It is true looks dirty, but am sure it have been sitting for many weeks uncovered at that place, at least it looks like it was just opened...
