Hey i have a 96 fd single turboed.... prob is that whenever my car is in neutral the car shuts off...i need to keep my foot on the gas to keep it runnin...another issue whcih im thinkign might be linked to this is that sometimes the idle drops down itself to between 540-650rpm and i drive it around for a bit and then idle goes back to normal...same goes with the car shutting off on neutral sometimes it goes off when im in neutral and sometimes its perfectly normal...quite odd...thanks in advance...

 

Had a compression test lately?

Weren't you the one mentioning that you're waiting to buy a tunable ECU? If so, I would worry about whether that single turbo is appropriate for the stock ECU. It's usually not appropriate at all.
