AB Odd clutch issue :dunno:

Hey Guys,

This happened a few times over the last few months before I stored the car in November.

On occasion the clutch will stick in the very bottom position against the floor, in this case all i have to do is pop my foot under it and itll come back up. Strange...

Also, im noticing that i get the smell of burning clutch every now and then after taking off (not launching just getting moving), ive never ridden the clutch and have tons of experience dealing with standard vehicles so im pretty certain it isnt me.

To me the clutch itself feels a bit off (cant put an exact feeling on it, but the word "loose" comes to mind), but the clutch grabs fine and dosent feel like its slipping. I've had vehicles with blown clutches before and this feels different.

I feel like its more of a clutch adjustment issue, but just wanted to know if anyone had any input. Car wont be seeing the sun for another few months, just wanted to see if anyone has had this happen as well.

Clutch hydraulics have failed somewhere. Replace master cyl, slave cyl, and the rubber hose that connects the two.

OK great. Ill take a good look at those come spring and get some new goodies in there, I had been noticing a small leak of some kind, so theres a possibility that could be it. I dont recall where the hydraulics are exactly but i suspect it could be the same issue.
