O2 sensor interchangeability.....

Does anyone know if an O2 sensor from a 91 turbo 2 will work on an FD? I ruined mine and have a new 91 sitting here. Mazda dealer wants $$$ for the 93 sensor. Will this work? the O2 screws right in an the connector is the exact as the 93.

The Bosch part # is the same for both years. I'd say you wouldn't have a problem

Or you can go to oxygensensors.com and get one for about $60 bucks that has the OE connector. They have a universal, meaning you'll have to splice it in line for $20. Thanks to Chuck for finding this site and bringing it to our attention many moons ago.
