O2 Bung Install/DIY Wideband Question

I just ordered the Oz Wideband and will be installing the 5-wire NTK sensor soon.

Do most muffler/exhaust shops have the O2 bung itself, or will I need to locate that from a parts supplier?

How much should I expect to have a bung welded on?

Is the O2 bung just an M18 nut that is welded on?

Lastly, for those of you using the Oz-DIY setup, how did you run the sensor cable? I bought the shorter cable; is that enough length to run through the firewall if I mount the sensor on the vertical part of the downpipe?

Thanks.

It's not a regular M18, it's M18x1.5

I just got the diy controller (v1.0) and the shorter cable. It was $178.

I didn't need the display as I have a datalogit I'm using with my PFC.

I still need to pick up a O2 sensor; they run about $140-150.
