Can someone tell me if they have any suggestions for me? I'm running stock turbos. When I get the car up to about 1k rpm, the car will be fine for two seconds and then it drops two rpm lines, like from 1500 to 1300...or so. It's like a surge and then it goes back up and down, and it keeps doing this at around 1000-6000 rpms. The boost meter is showing negative boost levels, anything from -15 to -5, but nothing higher. I'm thinking it's a vaccuum line. All lines have recently been replaced with silicon and tied lines. Also, if you think it may be something in particular, can you please give me an idea how to check for it or what to look for specifically since I am new to the car.
