nonseq problem

so, quick nonseq prob, i can't boost over about a half bar, no matter how hard i try it wont go past about .5 bar, have the full nonseq setup, and i just put a halman manual controller on but cant get it to go to at least stock, 10lbs, thats all i need, any ideas guys to what going on? i figure maybe a leak somewhere but would i still get a good .5 bar everytime?

my problem was my crossover pipe but just look and listen for air comming from different places when you rev the engine. go through a vacuum hose diagram and make sure everything is in the right place. im non seq and getting 11-12psi, its so tight.
