Nonprogramable ECU and increased boost

I'm thinking of getting the M2 ECU for my 7 because I don't know much about programing the adjustable ones. I just want something that will leave my car very streetable. If I get the M2 which is preprogramed and then bump up the boost a few pounds above daily driving settings for a race or something, will the M2 ECU be able to compensate for the higher boost with more fuel or is it set to a fixed boost level? I don't want to run lean when ever I turn up the boost a bit. Any suggestions?

I was running a M2 stage three ECU with my high flow twins and on the dyno I was still rich at 15 lb of boost with an upgraded fuel pump. Now that said, I can't say that they are all setup that rich or not.
