Non-sequential conversion questions......yet again

Alright....don't flame me for askin questions about it, I've searched and searched and found lots of research and articles about it, I just wanted to know specifically if it would be worth doing for my car.
I have a 93 with after market intake, 3in downpipe, stock midpipe, and greddy catback exhaust. Pretty much everything else is stock and I still have the stock ECU. Would it be worth doing the non-sequential conversion or should I keep it sequential. Would I have to port the wastegate, and remove the butterflys and other stuff for it to even run good? Basically the ONLY reason I would go non-seq is just for simplification, only reason its even crossing my mind. Aslo, are all the sensors on the vacuum rack the same, or are the designed differently? As some broke when I took my 15yr old vac lines off ahaha. Thanks much for the help, and any other info would be greatly appreciated.

You did the research so you know all the pros and cons, now should you or should you not do the conversion?

I'm running full non-sequential and I can tell you I don"t regret going non-seq.

The lag is there but I'm hitting full boost (12 psi) by 3800 rpms but I have full 3 inch exhaust (downpipe, mid, catback).

So basically below 4000 rpm the car is pretty weak but above 4000 rpm its game on!

If you do it do the full conversion don't even mess around with the poor mans non-seq, make sure you port the wastegate!!! Get a boost controller also. You will have even slower spool up with the stock midpipe.
You can still use the stock ecu but you need to keep the boost at 10psi that is where the ported wastegate comes into play, porting the wastegate and getting a boost controller and you should be able to control the boost.

I'm using the GReddy E-01 boost controller and whatever I set the boost at that is where it stays no boost issues at all.
I used rotary resurrections write-up on how to do the conversion if you follow that write-up to the letter you can"t go wrong.

Now should you do it? It's your car put a f**king LS1 in it if you want its your car .

i say if the sequential system works good 10/8/10 leave it be, if u have boost issues & can't find the problem go non seq, i did mine awhile ago & i like it, but as every one else says u lose bottom end, but still full boost by 3700 rpm, don't screw around if u go non seq port the wastegate, boost controller, etc, no sense going into the turbo's a couple of times, just do it right the 1st time thats my 2 bits

Hey..thanks much for the help guys...honestly helped alot. I know its my decision to make, I just wanted to know how it would work with the current setup I have. As I don't have the money to purchase an ECU or much else right now, and I am doing the vacuum lines anyways so was just wondering. Thanks again for the help.
