Non-seq boost control setup

Please help me, and verify that this is the correct way to hook up a profec when you are non sequential.

What do I set the needle valve to, halfway open? mostly closed? mostly open?

Needle valve is not needed. You cap off the that nipple that originally went to the WG solenoid.

Right now I have the needle valve in between the turbo and wastgate and the other side of the wastegate capped off but I can't get more than 9psi :-(
