which one is the best for handling?
ride can suffer i dont give a hoot
and as a quick add on.....
anyone ever tried using an FMIC as a SMIC?
my guess is theres too much **** in the way but i didnt search and i thought it would be neat to see

I just installed the HandR sport springs on the R1 shocks. The ride is still smooth, however the increased spring rates will improve handling. The car lowered approximatelly 1.25" front and rear. I am quite happy with this setup for street use.
