No Warning Lights, No digital Odometer

I have just got done installing my my reman and when I got done putting everything together, I noticed that my odometer did not give a read out and none of my warning lights were on. I have tested the back of the cluster as far as pins on the connectors and print circuit. I have even taken the speedometer out and visually checked the connections for burn marks. After I did this, I took my emissions harness back out and checked to see if there were any loose connectors. Everything seems fine, except the dash. The engine will crank, but I have not started it yet, not sure it would be the best idea to try without any warning lights.

I have an apexi Power FC . (have HWL Sensor on. Bad?) Data Intitialized..
850 Primary, 1600 Secondary
Stock twins
I had a water injection set-up, but have taken it out.
Condensor taken out
Fan switch mod
Battery reloction. Back Driver seat. Grounds: 1. Back box To PPF, 2. Back box to body inside car 3. engine to body front driver side 4. Harness/engine to body passenger side

Am I missing something?

Go inside the passenger cabin take the splash shield out to access the compute. Follow the wiring harness from the computer to the firewall where it exits into the engine bay. There you will find a multi pin white connector, check to see if it's plugged in. I had the same problem you described last year after an engine install.

I have also tested that connection, I believe that is the X-14 connector- Dash to emission harness. I'll check it again. There is an extension cable between this connection with a B/Y wire going to the E/L Unit. Any other ideas
