NO Start Auto to manual swap
Ok guys I really need help here. I just finished the auto to manual swap on my 1993 FD and the car will not start. It cranks but wont turn over. I am using a auto harness with auto ecu. I am getting a hold blinking light. when I turn key to on. I hear the fuel pump relay click but do not hear the pump buzz. If i spray Carb cleaner in the Throttle body the car runs for a sec and shuts off. So I know i am gettin spark. But seems to get no fuel..
Thanks in advance. Can the ground wire under the car being broken cause no fuel?

Have you verified fuel pressure? Start there first.
Also go buy a $25.00 set of node lights from Advanced/Oreilly's etc and there will be one that matches the factory fuel injector clips. Plug the node light into one of the primary injector clips and make sure it is getting signal. If you are sequential this will be a huge pain in your ***.
Also recently had a customer with similar issue. He forgot to ground one of the ground wires by teh ECU and the injectors wouldnt fire. Simple fix, and hopefully yours is too.

I don't know the process on FD's, but the same problem occurs on BMW's if you don't let "think" the engine ECU that the shifter is in neutral or park position...
on the BMW's you have to ground an engine ECU input...
it's a complete other car, but maybe it will help you...

Yeap, look at wiring diagram B-1d the clutch and neutral switch (cpu 1q and 1r) provide ground inputs to the ecu. I would just ground them for starting but not for everyday driving. They feed the idle speed and pressure regulator control. Best of luck...let us know how it goes.
