No Sparkey No Startey

Seems I have lost ignition. Been having problems with hot stall and no restart until it cools down. Now, this last time, it will not start at all.
Stepping through the FSM on all of the symptom testing; now down to the ignition system..
Does anyone know how to test the Ignition Control Module without the SST?

Are you just wanting to confirm that the plugs are sparking?

No, past that. There is no spark at the plugs. Just finished going through the fuel system and it is OK. Control system is also OK (TPS, Position sensors, etc). I did a cranking data monitor and seems the PFC is OK. So I'm going through the ignition components and need to check the ignition control module.
