I have no headlights when I turn the switch to the second on position.

- I do have interior/parking lights when in the switch is in the first position
- The brake lights work
- Turn signals work
- When I pull the switch for high beams they work
- When I push the button to retract the headlights up, they go up

But nothing when I have the switch in the second position. They don't retract up, and the headlights don't come on.
I have checked all the fuses, and I believe the TNS relay is good. Any suggestions on what could it be?

 

I suspect the switch in the stalk is broken.
Check with a multimeter.
