No Boost, then...lots of boost.

No Boost, then...lots of boost.
I'm scratching my head on this one. I hope one of you might have an answer. I recently got my engine rebuilt and everything is great but I noticed a couple of things.
- I usually let my car warm up before I drive off. Water temps are usually 180 degrees. When I drive off, boost is great...no problems.
- If I am impatient and drive off before that temp guage reaches 180 degree (let's say 150 degrees), I have no boost whatsoever. Also I noticed that the BOV is not expelling any air. The only way to get everything back online is (a) pull over, turn everything off, turn it back on, let it idle and wait for it to warm up a little bit more or (b) reset the ECU.
What gives? I remember when I first got my car, it didn't matter. Power- on-demand.
Is this a boost/map sensor problem? I have new silicone vacuum lines and new check valves.
Mods : Intake, exhaust, downpipe, greddy elbow/piping and M2 stage 3 ECU.

Your double throttle is fully closed until the engine warms up. Its a safety feature from mazda to prevent the person from driving the car hard until everything is warm.
