1) no, not an AT? why would you think that?...cant you hear me 'heel/toeing' in the turns? (heheheh)
2) the miata did hold us up when we got up to him, but as you can see from the footage before we get to the miata, I had no troble 'closing the gap' on the lambo (hehehe)...the miata guy is a very good driver, he was just in a slower car and it was open lapping so there were many different cars out there.
3) with this club you cant pass in the turns only in the 2 main straights.

Damian, just a small criticism: It looks like you tend to be "yanky" with the steering wheel at times - i.e. waiting longer until turn-in, but turning-in more abruptly as opposed to wide and linear. While the former is more "fun," the latter is less dangerous.

you are correct sir :-)

Wow Damian. Fantastic video, I'm now about to go watch the rest of your vids.
What kind of camera set up do you have and how do you have it set up? It's very steady camera work.

sry damian,
i didn't see you shifting. i guess w/ the camera angle i didnt notice you arm move everytime to shift. i thought it would be weird to have an AT. i did notice the heel toe, and thats what threw me off.
GREAT VIDEO AGAIN

$165,000 for the car. I'm not crazy about its looks though.

yep, the lambo is 500hp
my car is running about 340 hp (I'm estimating)
there are 2 reasons I could stay with him in the straight:
1) my car is much lighter than the AWD lambo, probably making the power to weight ratio similar
2) exit speed in turn 10 (turn right before main straight), i would get better exit speed before getting on it in the straight
The only spots I *think* he was holding back was turn one and two. Those 2 turns are where I would go from far away to right on his tail. The reason I say 'think' is beacause i dunno if he was takin it easy on those 2 (obvisouly cuz of the car) or if that was where the limit of the cars grip was.
Who knows.... and really . who cares, it was just fun :-)
You put a really good driver in that car (or any other car for that matter) and im sure I would have been had my 'pass me' hand out the window many times ;-)

by the way, if you really look around, the list price is 165K, but they actually sell for like 200K because of the rarity and brand name i guess?
