New seat belts

Has anyone completely replaced the seat belts with new ones?
I'm converting from tan to black and already have some black belts, but was thinking of other options.

A quick google search brought me here and it seems like a pretty viable option.

Has anyone bought completely new belts like this before? Have any difficult mounting them with the retractor?

I might get red belts to match the new red stitching in my seats and headliner, but not completely sure yet.

I replaced mine with some low-mileage JDM belts that weren't sun faded.

Big thing is it needs to mount the same way and use the same hardware. Everything about seat belts are carefully engineered to function correctly in a crash. Last thing you want in a crash is the belt to tear free and send you flying.

But, I think a lot of that hardware and stuff is dictated by US DOT, the bolts aren't like any other bolts on the car. The tricky part would be the receiver on the seat, I don't know if their receiver would work.

This might be a good option for tan-to-black conversions, or just replacing tired sun faded belts. Price is nice too. Might be worth giving it a try and seeing if they have a return policy.
