Arrow new project funny noises!!!!FD...

hey guys!~ bought a new fd, totally trashed and amkin funny noises. i can tell it has has all the rats nest redone, so that is good. when i first start it up in the morning, makes a metal scraping noise, for 2 seconds 2) idling really low sometimes, (350-500), and dies randomly, just all shuts off,(vacuum line?) Also when i touch the brakes in the rear it makes a metal clunk. even when i am roling at makbe 1 mph. sounds mechanical, maybe rear calipers? is this common? please help if u can, thanx guys

The "clunk" comes from the rear suspensions spherical pillow bushings. There are 6 of them. Replace said bushings for a slow-pain-in-the-***-but-still-not-a-waste-of-time clunking relief

hey thanx! so it feels like it is the calipers or something, but it is the suspension? where can i get these new pillows? hey t rex, where do u live and what is ur #!?

Get them from Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda. I did the pillow ball bushing replacement last spring and he has the best prices on them.
