It's like the cheap cars you see with curb finders, chrome mud flaps, extra reflectors, "chain" license plate holders, mirror window tint and lots of vinyl graphics, including the driver's name on his door, and the little woman's name on the other. Basically, everything they could find at Pep Boys to put the "final touches" on their car, $20 at a time. You know, classy.

I had a very similar idea about a year ago.. I came up with this though:
1IO0IQ1
If I remember correctly the number 0 on plates does not have the "/" going through he center.. this makes the letter O and number 0 almost identical. The number 1 and capitol I also look similar until much closer inspection.. throw the Q in there for ***** and giggles and to make the person trying to I.D. the plates second guess themselves on the O's and 0's...
Not that running from a cop is *ever* a good idea, and chances are they would *still* be able to find you simply by going off a database of make/model and color. From there it's just a matter of eliminating the generic DMV designated plate numbers, and all the custom plates exalting the pwn-ness of the rotary engine.
Now, I am not a police officer, so I don't know if such a database exists, but I can only assume that something like that does...
