In This Business You Can Make Up To 30-40k A Month, My Self I Average Around 15-20k. But I Help My Mom And Brother Out With Bills, I Dont Really Get To Enjoy My Money Becuase I Work From 830 A.m Till Around 9-930pm Monday Thur Saturday. I Have A Seperate Saving Account Just For My Car. Alot Of People Tell Me Its A Money Pit. Thats Why Every Deal I Close About 1/4 Of It Goes To My Rx7 Account(what I Like To Call It.)but Over All I Like What I Do. And Its 100% Legal Lol

i dont know how you can work all those hours. i was a sales consultant at a dealership (sport bikes, dirt bikes, atv's, watercrafts, etc.) for brief moment and the hours sucked. i was there from 9:30 am till 8 pm or later (sometimes till like 10p) yeah you make ALOT of money but you cant even enjoy it.
good luck with the fd.

I asked my dad who was in real estate for over 30 years and he said someone being 18 and knowing the Mortgage business so well is very unlikely, but I guess you are the exception.Good for you, just don't kill yourself working all those hours.

I'm 18 and have owned my FD for about 6 months now. I've got a Jap spec so it has 280hp instead of the 255hp... hearing 255hp is different to feeling 255hp... I didn't know what it was like until I got behind the wheel... and the first time I did... I knew I had to be very careful. I'm leaving my car completely stock performance wise... I want to live a little longer haha. But please take care of your FD!!!
