New guy / turbo dummy

How much boost should I be making? Everything is stock no mods YET! But I would like to get a base line and work from there. The stock guage go about half way up the scale or just a bit over under full load.

Also should my car be making boost when it is not loaded? The factory manual seems to imply that it should but I was told that it shouldn't ???????????

On the FD i believe the boost is : 10 lbs - 8lbs - 10 lbs. on the FC turbo stock we make around 6-7 lbs boost.

Take the time to look on this site it is more than useful for just about anything you need to know.

Here is another one.

On the FD your boost pattern should be 10-8-10 the slight drop is due to the transition.

Hope that helps
