New Greddy Profec EBC

I was browsing around and came across this. http://www.greddy.com/products/electronics/profec/ Apparently this new controller is easy to fig out than the older B spec II. It looks pretty neat too. Has anyone looked into these or own one and feel like sharing the input. I might upgrade my older profec to this eventually.

Welcome to the official GReddy USA blog: GReddy Profec - Electronic Boost Controller

it's basically the same thing as the Profec B Spec II . This new one is certainly prettier though. It's about the difference between an Apex'i SAFC and AFC Neo. Window dressing on the same product. Control logic has changed only slightly, but only because they allow a negative number for the gain. They renamed "SET GAIN" to START BOOST, a term used in other Greddy Products (E-01). They also changed the solenoid slightly--maybe they found a cheaper supplier, or the old model was discontinued.

As I've pointed out, the problem with the Spec II was that the instructions were terrible. The controls are basically all the same for almost every controller out there so there was actually nothing unusual about it.
