New with a few questions
Finally got the car to run, wire was pulled of the ne crank sensor and I tell ya it didn't run to well like that. put back together and sounds like the primary turbos wastgate is wide open and there is a severe lack of power until 3500 the car takes off. 93 auto w/ 78K , 95 psi compression rebuilt turbos, and just recently vacuum hoses other then that stock, I will be puttting a dp on it tomorrow but right now I just don't really know what to start with. Are there any suggestions??

I would double check the vacuum hoses. It's easy to confuse them. A lot of people who are real experts have done this. I would get some little tags and label them and keep a code system and logbook as you double check where they start and end up.

I was thinking about that but some of those pics just arent that clear to me. Should I be looking at any specific or just ramble thru the maze until I can't think any more??

sounds like you have the precontrol and wastegate solenoid connectors on backwards. These are the two solenoids bolted to the front passenger side of the UIM. Check these first.
also - wait until you get all your turbo problems sorted out *before* you start bolting stuff on like downpipes.
