new fenders

Does anyone have a source for aftermarket fenders? All the yards seem to be pretty proud of theirs even when they need a few hours just to bring them back to their original condition. I need both sides, so why not upgrade?

All the places with body parts seem to have fender skirts but no fenders.

"Aftermarket"

I haven't found a used parts yard yet that didn't think RX-7's were made out of gold. If I'm going to spend that kind of coin, I might as well get something that improves the car.

IMO it's a mistake to think you are going to 'improve the car' by slapping on some afterthought. Basically, they are made out of gold

I talked my local Mazduh dealer into $155.00 for a new one. I guess that's "reasonable".......

I've seen some fenders that look factory, but weigh less amoung others. I want something that keeps the original lines.

I sent you a line MrFreeze, thanks.

Ouch! $155 for stock fenders. How did you get the dealer down that low? I need a parts guy up here who would come down that far on stock parts. Most yards want more than that for used fenders that need work.

I am also looking for fenders that keep the stock line but are made out of a lighter weight... any fiber glass fenders out there? i know it would be pricey but i would like carbon fiber casue the car wouldn't have that "plasticly" look/feel to it.
