New CJM v4 Fuel Rails and Kits
We have just completed the first run of our latest version fuel rails. They turned out great!
Its been about 8 years since CJ Motorsports released the first billet fuel rails and fuel system kits for the FD RX7. It is UNREAL how many of these rail sets and fuel systems we have shipped over these years. For such a limited production vehicle, it is just astounding. I am sure many of our customers are members of this forum already, so we would like to say thanks!!!
We generally update the parts every couple years. Well, it happened again.
I thought it might be a good time to post up some photographs of the fresh parts for your viewing pleasure.

13B-RE:
13B-RE Rails have already been prototyped in billet and test fit. Production RE rails will be in our CNC before the end of this week, and available after anodizing within 2-3 weeks.

OLD PRODUCT CLEARANCE:
We made rails without the Y Port in the back thinking it might be a popular option. We were WRONG, I dont think we sold more than 20 rails like this. I would love to get these off the shelves, and have set some aggressive pricing.

Custom or Nothing

Were revisiting the FD this year and plan to bring out a lot of new products.
My FD has been testing quite a few of these new products, which include a full 1/2 stainless hard line fuel system, electric water pump housing, alternator relocation, and mercury marine coil mount.

One thing about it that I really like with my design is that it uses the stock PS tension pulley parts to tighten the belt rather than swinging the the unit out to tighten the belt. This also makes the radial contact with the pulleys greater. In my case less overall tension also. It does require the removal of your power steering.

I would be happy to post a pic of the prototype. I'll ask Charles (phunk) if he minds before i do.

Attached are a few photos where you can see the prototype alternator relocation we built for Brandon's car. As you can probably tell, it is built out of a heavily modified factory AC mount with tensioner pulley mount welded to it, and a little billet lower section.
If we feel there is enough interest in this relocation, we can produce a full billet batch of them. But, Brandon's car has an electric water pump. If you guys wanted to keep your stock water pump setup, it would get a bit more complicated as we would have to decide on a way to get the belt around the water pump.

The 13B-RE Cosmo secondary rails were completed a little while ago. Here is one (waiting for the next anodizing batch) from the production run resting atop the next batch of FD twin fuel pump hangers in production.

If we do the billet alternator relocation, we will probably make an optional pulley setup to allow the factory water pump to still be usable.
