New battery

I need a new battery for my 93 RX7. I'm thinking of an Optima since it sits in the garage a lot surrounded by kids toys, but that's another story. I keep it on a battery tender. Any thoughts?

Optima makes great batteries. Also try STINGER--ODYSSEY--KINETIC AUDIO--EXIDE--SVR Those are some other less expensive choices, but they all work great

optimas are good, i've had them in several cars over the years. I've had an Odyssey in my FD for the last 2 months and i'm very happy with it.

Is there a size designation for the Odyssey or Optima?

what is the point of getting an optima? if you have a battery tender your battery will never die, why waste the extra 100 bucks. do you have a big stereo? or have something that draws a lot of current? if not just go to your local adv auto parts and get the autocraft titanium, rated #2 battery last year, 3 year replace, 6 year pro-rate , can't beat that for around 100

Thanks. Autocraft titanium it is. Do you have any thoughts on some reasonably priced tires? I take the car to a few driver training track events, but I want to be able to drive on the street also.
