new 7 buyer advice

Hey guys,
Here's a general question that I want to throw out for discussion and advice...

Would you recommend getting an RX7 that's already modded out (looking a bit more towards reliability rather than performance) with the reliability mods, or would you suggest getting one with a burnt out motor so that I _know_ the correct upgrades are installed on the new motor.

I see pro's and con's of both aspects, but it seems that they would both end up about at the same cost... By putting a new motor / turbos in the car, then I would effectively become the first owner of the engine, knowing how it's being driven, etc.

Thanks for the input, looking to either join you guys in the RX7 Club or possibly getting one of the new 8's.

Thanks,
Travis

Considering the life span of the 7s motors, this is my advice. Buy one if it has the upgrades you would do on it. Dont buy one with a single turbo upgrade if you would stick to the origionals. They are a rare (and getting rarer) enough car that if you find one, just be lucky that you did.
