Needs help please?!

I have my JDM FD for about 4 months now. I always warm it up before driving it. I've noticed that there's an oil like substance that the exhaust is spitting out. It's not a lot but its noticeable. Can anybody help a fellow FD owner please?!

Look closer. It's probably water with lots of sooty dirt in it - it looks black like oil but in my case it's just condensation and dirt.

^ Yup....agree completely.
These cars are MESSY! Normal exhaust condensation tends to latch on to the soot and carbon and other exhaust residues and expel it. My garage floor has a permanent stain as does my garage door from starting my car inside and letting it warm up.
Absolutely normal.

^Same here. I've got an ugly path on my carport floor with the gunk from my exhaust.

You guys were right on the money! After looking thoroughly, it was just soot and condensation. I appreciate all the help. Thanks again!
