Needing some help with electrical

A few weeks ago I installed my Power FC, and ever since then my car has acted like the key was always in the ignition. When I take the keys out it keeps beeping and beeping. I could get over this simply annoyinh fact, but while the ignition thinks it has the key, the alarm refuses to come on. I have had a lot of reports of cars being broken into in my area so I am worried. Anybody got suggestions.

Have you tried plugging back in the stock ECU to see if the problem continues? If it does, the ignition solenoid may just be stuck. If so, then jsut spray some WD40 on the ignition key, and stick it in and out of the little hole :p

Fixed it today, it was the fact that a little spring was missing to pop a little button back in when the key was removed.
