I only read the topic, "ned a WOW pic" and I'd say that's a pretty WOW pic. And didn't it win som award?

I dont like every thing about the car, but some things on the car looks good, at leest alot better than many of the other cars in this post.

The thing I like best about the car is that it doesn't have micky mouse ears and it's nice paint.

The big stickers on the side is kinda cool but to F'n F.

To big wheels.

Ugly wing.

Something wrong with the side skirts.

To low.

To many stickers.

Stock mirrors!wtf?

If I should list every thing I think is ugly on the car along with all of you we would just ruin this thred wouldent we? Quit acting like babys in front of a computer. Some like the car some dont. The main point here is that it's a pretty WOWing pic

And the chick is ugly, not just that she's Japaneese but she's blond

And you got Bush as president and a bodybuilder as gouvinator over there so don't go calling norwegians crazy. Aight?

Haha, that silver FD is a JOKE.

I've never seen so much useless no-fast crap on a sports car in my life.

Some of you dudes totally miss the entire point - the intended purpose of the FD is purely for sports/track use. Not for adding 300 lbs worth of NOS bottles, subwoofers, neon lights, hid foglamps, hood shocks, 20 inch wheels, etc. Basically every single thing on that car goes against the original purpose - and for that - it deserves ZERO "respect."

It wouldn't be so bad if the stickers were gone.

The car is not PURELY anything. Mazda placed softer suspension in the later models for comfort during street use, placed all sorts of luxury packages as well as options on certain trims of the car, and there were still areas to reduce weight, some of which being automatic window motors, the heavy hatch, the spare, A/C, power steering, and even the pop-ups and their motors. Its a sports car, yes, but its still a car made for a good bit of practical road use. Very few members on this board itself build the car for increased handling instead of straight line power, much less use it along the lines of its original purpose.

Everything else is about taste. So I'm not goint to reply... Except for stock mirrors??? WTF??? uhmnnn kaay...

But President Bush??? Arnold??? I personally don't like Bush but I respect the fact that he had the ballz to tell the rest of the world "Are you with us? No. **** off were still doing it."

And as far as Arnold is concerned. The man is ******* smart. He is (was) a foreigner, became MR. Olympia, was a millionare at 28 (not body building related, realstate actually), became the most sought out action star (huge DINERO!!!), married a Kennedy, and now he is the Governor of Cali... Most people do not reach even one of those goals in their entire life time.

BTW-I didn't say norwegians were crazy

Hear, hear. The problem is that the FD has been absorbed into the "import tuner" culture, and therefore is being trashed right and left. Glad I bought a stock one before it was too late.....

Tom Ngo's car is only missing a helicopter blade and a putting green... he's got pretty much everything else you could possibly tack onto a car already.

He's a rolling billboard for ADR wheels, so he always has the latest, greatest, heaviest, 19" and 20" cast wheels on his car at all times, usually in 7.5" and 8.5" widths, because that's what the Honda owners who will end up buying them will need. The 19" ADR Sterlings that he had on the car at SEMA 2002 weigh in the neighborhood of 27 lbs. each, and only come in a maximum width of 8.5" with a +38mm offset... in other words, he's rolling on pizza cutters meant for other cars.

Word has it that the car has an air bag suspension... just like the low rider pickups and old school cars. This isn't a track car, it's not a drag car, it's meant for one thing only... to sit in one place for easily-impressed kids to take pictures of and drool over while they figure out how to graft Supra tail lights onto their Integra for the next "big car show"...

If the car ever hit the scales, I think we'd find that it's now in the 3,100+ lb. range. The excessive stereo equipment, monitors, and other crap that's been added on is nothing more than eye candy for the kids, so that maybe they'll remember the vendor logos plastered on the windshield and fenders. You can have a great sounding system without all the... fanfare...

I think it's more of an abject lesson in "what not to do" than anything else, but if all you want to do is win car shows, knock yourself out.

Well, that's 9+ lbs heavier than the stock wheels, so it's pretty bad. Typical Volks in that size are about 18 lbs, for example.

Still, there are certainly heavier wheels out there -- Momo Arrow comes to mind...
