Just as the title says I need a trigger wire for the dual fuel pumps that I am running in my car. I have the rest of it wired up but I was wondering if the white wire w/red stripe has a constant full 12V signal when the car is being started. My friend tried it and isn't sure if something was wrong with his car or if the white w/red wire has a variable voltage for the high/low settings for the stock pump. Let me know as I am just about to get the car back on the road after going single and rebuilding the engine. Thanks!

 

the stock fuel pump power wire will work for a trigger relay.

I dont remember the color, but it is the thickest one in the fuel pump harness bundle
