ive done some searching but carnt find anything, so can someone give me the links on how to remove the ac and the stock rad

Get a Factory Service Manual or download one. Then just turn to page E8 for a pretty straight forward "how to" on radiator removal. As for the AC, if you think you have to remove it to change the radiator, you don't.

I would have sworn there were tons of threads regarding radiator removal or replacement. I know there's one from me on a Fluidyne. But here's one link:
